Duck Muck-
-Cut duck breasts into 1" cubes
-Take 1 package of shore lunch, and pour into a 1 gallon zip lock bag, add cubes of duck meat, close top, and shake
-In a large frying pan, saute onions, and mushrooms with some butter
-In a large frying pan, melt butter, and then add the duck cubes that are coated with the shore lunch
-Fry the duck cubes until the meat is cooked to your liking, add some onions and mushrooms on a plate and enjoy!
Duck Fajitas
-Cut duck breast length wise into long thin strips
-In a large frying pan, start to saute some onions and peppers in butter
-In another frying pan, add the duck meat, butter, and fajita seasoning packet to the pan (make sure to add water as described on the back of the fajita packet)
-Fry the duck to your liking and then add the peppers and onions from the other pan
-Saute together for a minute or so-Take a softshell taco/fajita shell, add in meat, peppers, and onions, as well as your other favorite fajita toppings and enjoy! (salsa, sour cream, tomatoes, lettuce, cheese, refried beans....

BBQ Goose
-Take 4 goose breasts and cut them into 1" cubes
- Add them into a crock pot, with 1/2 cup of water, 2 TBS of Soy Sauce, 1 TBS onion powder, 1TBS Lawreys
-Cook in the crock pot on low for 6-8 hours until the meat starts to break apart
-When the meat is all broke down, drain any remaining liquid, and add your favorite BBQ sauce to your desired liking and mix it up and let sit for an hour or so
-Put on a hamburger bun and enjoy!
